I’ve wanted to use brow powders for so long. Finally, I got one! This Wet n Wild ultimate brow kit is my new buddy, it made me feel better about my sparse eyebrows. 🙂
I fell in love at first sight with this product, I purchased it right away. The price is affordable so I don’t have to think twice, and as a bonus, it’s a good quality!
I’m amazed how lovely celebrities have their brows look good with powders, and this made me want to try it too. I normally use pencil but I don’t always get what I really want, it won’t let me achieve the overall softness to fill what I have to fill. Sometimes, I feel more self-conscious of how my brows look like when I’m having hard times “drawing” in with pencil.
My thoughts on Wet n Wild Ultimate brow kit
This product comes in a very handy cute packaging which is perfect for women on-the-go and everyday use, it won’t take too much space in your bag or purse.
I never go wrong in picking up this Wet n Wild ultimate brow kit! It has everything I need with a dark brown powder and an almost chestnut lighter powder in one kit plus a brow wax! When applied, it doesn’t make my eyebrows to look with that reddish color which is most common with some pencil and some powder brands. Imagine having a reddish eyebrows that doesn’t match your hair color, whew— that’s disgusting!
It also comes with a slanted brush made of synthetic hair which is perfect when outlining the brows and allows you to draw a smooth precise line easily. Some may find the tiny tweezers useless but, I find it useful sometimes to pluck some stray hairs. Better not to toss it because you might need it one day. And oh, I just found out that it has a sliding small mirror in it when I get it home, maybe because I keep my eyes on the brow powder. 🙂 I really like the idea of having a mirror with this product, I don’t have a compact mirror on my bag! 🙂
So, wow, this Wet n Wild brow ultimate kit is really impressive!
I really like using the powders on my eyebrows!
The brow powder colors have a very smooth and silky texture which gives an ease when outlining and gradually filling the brows. It’s super pigmented. It’s easier to apply compare to pencil and stays longer even without using the wax. Whether you use it with a single color or combine the two, you’ll be amazed how it’ll give your brows a done without looking like it’s overdone. The dark brown color is perfect for outlining the brows while the lighter color is good for filling them. If you slightly blend the two colors and fill it in, you’ll get a very natural looking yet defined eyebrows. The wax will tame those rebellious hairs that stick up everywhere, better if you’re going to use a different brush and apply it in an upward direction.
Wet n Wild ultimate brow kit is a multi-tool for me, I mean the powders. I sometimes use the dark color powder for tightlining my upper lids and the lighter color powder on my lower lash lines. I love tightlining!
It’s almost perfect but..
I frowned because the mini screw inside the hinge has just dropped while I’m holding it in my hands when I picked it up for my second usage, it is kind of loose-y. It will be annoying if it happens every time I hold it. It could also happen if I just left it in my bag as I keep on moving, it will separate itself from the packaging! Hmm, something to watch out! And the flimsy packaging, ah.. I’m afraid it might break so easily when I dropped it unconsciously and it’s frustrating. I’m not a big fan of this kind of packaging because I’m a bit clumsy sometimes, I actually have always broke some of my blush on cases which is similar to this transparent lid.
The price just made this product more attractive, it’s inexpensive. The brow powder shades suits me just fine. The wax is pretty useful. The brush is okay, while the tweezers is kind of so-so, better than nothing. I’ll just forget about the flimsy packaging because the contents of this Wet n Wild ultimate brow kit is what I really enjoy the most! It’s going to be my long time brow buddy! 🙂 I highly recommend it, give it a try, girl! I’ll surely be surprised if you don’t fall in love with it! 🙂
